Oak Practice was established in 2005 whilst I was working for Devon Partnership NHS Trust. It was initially known as Oak Integrated Health Practice and there were a team of Associate Therapists who all worked from a place of wishing to work together where appropriate and believed in offering service at an affordable rate and were as accessible as possible to people with a Learning
Disability and or Mental Health Issue.
This ethos underpins current practice today.
