This piece was written for Engage by a Headteacher of a specialist school. She talks honestly about what the journey has been like in the first year of supervision and the journey from the need in the beginning to “tell the story” of all that is carried to a place where the scaffolding is in place and the impact this begins to have on confidence in leadership.
