Why did you found Talking Heads?
Talking Heads is the culmination of my life’s experiences and of a work life where the hope is to make young lives safe from adult harm. Adults that are well resourced and supported with agency and who are able to work from a place where they are in touch with their core purpose are the kinds of adult’s young people need to encounter in their daily lives. I know that robust supervision supports us in being the best we can be at work and that is how we continue inspire children in education.
