On 2 & 3 October our Director, Lisa Lea-Weston and Associate Supervisor, Jules Sanders provided micro-supervision sessions at the National Association of Special Schools (NASS) conference. They were pre-booked and well attended AND extremely well utilised. It became clear that it was crucial to form connection quickly and elicit a focus. It was a great challenge to our supervisory skills.

It was really an honour to be somewhere where we felt at home. These are the children and adults who truly inspired Lisa to establish Talking Heads Supervision.

It was wonderful to work with those who came to the supervision sessions.

Great to meet those whom Lisa has supervised for a long time and amazing to have people come and say they work with someone on our team and how wonderful they find their work with them to be. We work with over 400 senior leaders and Lisa has spoken to all on the phone to match them to their supervisors so it was lovely to meet them in person!
