The invitation
We are looking for experienced Supervisors to join us as self-employed Associates. Because of our matching process we can’t guarantee a fixed amount of work, but we hope you could offer at least eight supervision spaces a month.

What we offer
- A supportive team passionate about supporting senior leaders to safeguard children and young people

- A confidential online platform for Supervisee details and session records
- Monthly online team meetings, and a 1:1 with our Director or Lead Associate every six weeks
- An in-person CPD Day in November (usually London), an Associates Day in March (usually Devon) and a Christmas lunch (usually Bristol)
You are
- A qualified Supervisor in regular supervision yourself, having completed a course that lasted six months or more.
- Two years post qualification having completed 150 hours of supervision.
- Interested in working with senior leaders in education
- Comfortable offering online supervision, with spaces between 08.00 and 18.00, Monday to Friday in term time
- Willing to attend monthly drop-in sessions, six-weekly 1:1s and in-person Associate Days
- Registered with the ICO and holding public and professional liability insurance
