Why are you an Associate of Talking Heads?
I bring an extensive experience of providing supervision as part of my role as a Psychotherapist in the NHS. Senior leaders increasingly must manage multiple complex and challenging contexts. Supervision through Talking Heads provides a safe space where Supervisees can stand back from their normal busy professional lives, reflect on their practice, consider their own emotional wellbeing with the goal of providing a safe containing school for children, young people, school staff and its connected community. I strongly believe that self-care and reflective compassion are essential and mandatory professional activities.
