Why are you an Associate of Talking Heads?
Having worked in education for many years as a therapist, I could always see the need for staff support. Senior Leaders have a lot of responsibility but not many avenues of support, which is so important as they are often seen as setting the standard for their staff and school. By looking after their own well-being, it creates a ripple effect with staff and students alike striving for a better school experience and school/life balance. It really is a privilege to supervise senior leaders: developing strong, professional relationships, being there to support moments of vulnerability as well as sharing moments of joy. And most of all, knowing we are working together with the shared value of providing the best education and care for children and young people.
