Why are you an Associate of Talking Heads?
Since qualifying as a Dramatherapist I’ve worked in education within primary and secondary settings and alternative provisions. Within this work I became aware of the importance of working systemically with staff and senior leaders which enriched the support to the young people. My collaborative work with staff in education led me to understand the absence of support to those supporting their students. I feel privileged to continue to offer this work with Talking Heads. Supervision offers a much-needed spaciousness to professionals in this setting. The confidential, non-judgemental and reflective space of supervision feels very needed at present to support those working and holding these senior roles.
