Why do you work for Talking Heads?
My background is in Finance and HR which is a combination that allows me to problem solve and analyse data while realizing that finance isn’t just about the numbers but people too. I joined Talking Heads Supervision because I believe that the work we do is important to support head teachers and senior leaders in carrying out their demanding and varied roles. Previous experience as a school governor made me realise how important external support is and that good quality supervision leads to improved leadership and outcomes for schools, their staff and children and playing a part in that is very satisfying.
