Why are you an Associate of Talking Heads?
I bring experience in being a senior leader in higher education for 25 years, and a Clinical Supervisor for 20 years in education, health (NHS), social care, and charity sectors. I love working with senior leaders and supporting them to consider their own wellbeing, as well as thinking creativity, offering space for reflective and systemic thinking about the dilemmas and challenges they face on a daily basis. I am deeply inspired and moved by how passionate and committed many senior leaders are about their work, their staff, students and their communities, making the most of limited resources and holding on to hope under the pressure, scrutiny and demands of the job.
