With 25 years in the education sector supporting a whole school approach to wellbeing and working with children with neurodiversity and attachment trauma, I provide a rich understanding and perspective to Talking Heads. I am dedicated to fostering a reflective environment for senior leaders, as I believe in the profound impact supervision has not only on their personal and professional growth but also on their overall well-being. The relationships built during sessions are deeply rewarding, as I am able to witness the transformations that take place through the supervisory process.
