Why are you an Associate of Talking Heads?
I bring 40 years of experience in education, mostly in special schools, holding roles as class teacher, specialist LA & NHS practitioner and advisor, VP and Head of School. I am also a Chartered Counselling and Coaching Psychologist and an accredited Executive Coach. I have used my personal and professional experience to support the well-being of teachers for over 25 years and have particular interest and expertise in mental health, neurodiversity, stress management, trauma and post traumatic growth, burnout and resilience. Teaching was my first love and although I have retrained as a Psychologist, Therapist and Coach, my practice has always been embedded in schools. Providing supervision into education feels like coming home.
