Why are you an Associate of Talking Heads?
I joined Talking Heads in 2022, bringing a passion for supporting those who support others, recognising the transformative difference this can make. With a background in therapy, I prioritise building strong, trusting relationships with my Supervisees, creating a space for open reflection, gentle challenge and growth. I believe that supporting senior leaders in education gives them the opportunity to flourish but also creates a positive impact that can resonate throughout their teams and communities. I find the work hugely satisfying, taking pride in playing even a small part in helping senior leaders navigate the many challenges of their crucial roles. I love celebrating their successes with them and thoroughly enjoy their company.
