After studying performing arts at university in London and in Memphis, USA,  Judy spent a few years working in arts administration and teaching speech and drama at a London school before returning to university.

Judy completed her training as a Dramatherapist over 20 years ago, going on to qualify as a supervisor a few years later.   As a therapist she has worked extensively with a wide range of client groups, including extensive work in schools.  In recent years she has focused her clinical work on older adults with dementia.

She now pursues a portfolio career combining Dramatherapy and Supervision work with acting as a Specialist Lay Tribunal Member and as a trustee.  She is based in South London with her young family and enjoys performing as a singer and orchestral double bass player.
