Why are you an Associate of Talking Heads?
I have previously been an experienced leader within education and have also worked as a leader within the CAMHS service in Plymouth. I believe supervision can be beneficial, even life changing experience which has wide reaching impacts, not only on the leader but the system that the leader operates amongst, including the students and families that they support, the organisational system, the leader’s own family, friends and the wider world.
