Why are you an Associate of Talking Heads?
I am a former teacher and school senior leader with extensive experience in education. As a Therapist and Supervisor, I bring a relational, culturally inclusive approach that recognises the intersectional identities of those I work with. I work to create a reflective space where senior leaders can explore work related matters that impact or challenge them, enabling them to grow in self-awareness, and develop their leadership capacity. I am collaborative and authentic in my approach, using a balance of gentle challenge and humour to support senior leaders.
