I bring knowledge and experience of working within education, senior leadership teams as well being able to create a psychological safe space to bring and share professional challenges using effective supervision. I love knowing that I can provide a unique space within the education profession where senior leaders can be vulnerable and psychologically safe to bring the challenges in your work that will then allow the opportunity for something new to emerge.
