Why are you an Associate of Talking Heads?
Having worked in the education sector for the last 20 years I have experienced first-hand the rewards and challenges that are often encountered by teachers, teaching assistants and senior leaders, including headteachers and executive heads. Over the course of the past 5 years, my clinical focus has moved from supporting young people directly as a Dramatherapist, to offering support to others within the sector through supervision. I take great pride and enjoyment in offering a space that invites Supervisees to reflect upon their experience of being alongside students and colleagues. The challenges, frustrations, joys, and celebrations of their role are all welcome in a space that sets out to support the Supervisee and fundamentally, allows them to then support those they are working with to the best of their ability.
