As a supervisor of those working in education, I offer a space that invites supervisees to reflect upon their personal experience of being alongside students and colleagues within an educational setting. The challenges, frustrations, joys, and celebrations are all welcomed in a space that sets out to support the supervisee, who can in turn, support those they are working with to the best of their ability.
Having decided to train as a dramatherapist (after a brief acting career), I completed my masters degree at Roehampton University in 2012 and my supervision diploma at The Central School of Speech and Drama in 2019. Since 2012, I have worked as a dramatherapist across a wide variety of mainstream, special needs, primary and secondary educational settings.
My current work sees me leading a large team of school-based Arts Therapists within an independent SEND provision. Alongside my educational work, I also run a private practice offering dramatherapy and clinical supervision.
When I’m not working, I’m likely to be running in nature.
