Lisa and Penny are delighted to have been invited to take part in a national Best Practice Forum at the House of Lords on 12 June.
Hosted by the Institute of Recovery from Childhood Trauma, this important event will bring together leaders, practitioners, and researchers to explore the role of supervision in education and how it can support the wellbeing, development and effectiveness of those working with children and young people.
Lisa and Penny will be contributing their insights and experience as part of a wider conversation, sharing perspectives alongside others from across the sector, from those beginning to introduce supervision, to organisations with well-established, embedded models.
At a time when educators are navigating increasingly complex challenges, this forum provides a valuable opportunity to shape thinking around supervision as a collective, supportive and systemic approach.
We are proud to be part of this important discussion and look forward to the impact it will have.
