Why are you an Associate of Talking Heads?
My career in education as both a Dramatherapist and Supervisor spans more than thirty years. I am passionate in ensuring the wellbeing of Senior Leaders through robust, confidential, reflective supervision. I am a supervisor who encourages inclusivity and the exploration of cultural diversity in a safe, contained space. I love providing supervision to senior leaders as it ensures their physical and psychological wellbeing which in turn cascades through their school to their staff, children and whole community. Being a part of that process is humbling.
