Why are you an Associate of Talking Heads?
I really enjoy being able to offer a neutral reflective space where issues can be explored, and roots of problems can be tracked and identified. I enjoy helping people to navigate what can sometimes feel like complex relational dynamics within the school community or gaining perspective and balance in the relationship between personal and professional life roles. I especially love witnessing people become more resourced in what is often a stressful and pressured environment, sometimes finding space where it seems like there is none, or accessing resources they didn’t know they had, and arriving at a place of renewed strength and vision.
