Why are you an Associate of Talking Heads?
Having worked in education for many years I am deeply committed to creating the best possible environment for children, young adults, educators and Senior leaders to thrive, to grow and to succeed. I see supervision as a place for Senior Leaders to pause, to breath, and to reflect on what really matters to them as leaders, as educators and as people who came into education with a passion for learning. I support values of inclusivity, anti-racism, equal opportunity, creativity and individual expression. In my supervision I aim to reconnect senior leaders with the values that brought them into education and that they work tirelessly to foster and uphold in their leadership roles.
