Why are you an Associate of Talking Heads?
Working within children’s social care and the public sector has given me an understanding of the pressures faced by schools and leaders. The impact supervision has to build reflection and the resilience to keep going is so important and I have loved the opportunity to support colleagues in education through my work with Talking Heads.
