Why are you an Associate of Talking Heads?
Having supervised across children’s social care, CAMHS and now education, I am passionate about supervision and how it supports staff to sustain their compassion for children, colleagues and their work. Supervision is a method for reminding us all why we do this work, how to ensure we remain at our best, by looking after ourselves as well as safeguarding children. In my opinion children learn best when they are safe and happy. Supervision builds trusting relationships with school leaders facilitating them to flourish and nurture their school communities.
