As a senior lecturer in special educational needs, I use my first-hand experience to offer supervision and professional development across a range of educational settings. I provide regular supervision, reflective practice groups and supervision training to a wide range of staff teams, including psychologists, therapists, social workers, nursing and support staff. Senior leaders are inspiring people, and the supervisory relationship offers opportunities for shared learning and discovery that helps to support their work and encourage personal and professional fulfilment.
