Why are you an Associate of Talking Heads?
I enjoy building supportive, trusting and reflective relationships with senior education leaders so they can think and engage with their roles most effectively. I worked in the NHS for over 20 years and prior to that in social care. I am aware of the many organisational and relational demands on senior leaders. As a Systemic Psychotherapist I am interested in the contexts we are embedded in and how these may constrain or enable relationships and staff groups.
