Why are you an Associate of Talking Heads?
Having worked as a Counsellor with young people in educational settings for nearly 20 years, I have seen first-hand the need to support educators and senior leaders with the growing and changing challenges that they face. I love working with leaders in Education, I feel it is a holistic way to support the safeguarding of children and young people in our communities. Throughout my experience of supervision in education, I have had the privilege to witness how its effects can be transformative, for the Supervisees. By working together, with integrity, we can see better outcomes for the whole community.
