Why are you an Associate of Talking Heads?
I bring skills to supervision from my work in practical conflict resolution and from my academic background in organisational behaviour. I have been a teacher and a trainer, a school governor, and the chief executive of a charity specialising in inclusive education. Schools support children and families in so many ways, and help to create the communities of the future. I feel very privileged to be able to support senior leaders in this work.
