Why are you an Associate of Talking Heads?
I do supervision because I know what it means to carry weight of responsibility and the cost of caring. Having been a headteacher, a caregiver, and someone who has navigated complex personal and professional challenges, I deeply understand the pressure, responsibility, and quiet exhaustion that can come with leading and caring for others. This work allows me to create a safe, compassionate space where people can pause, be seen, and find clarity, supporting them as they navigate their own challenges and discover new possibilities. I always hold myself to the highest of standards and ethical practices and will only ever work with organisations with mirroring values.
