Why are you an Associate of Talking Heads?
As an experienced educator and clinical supervisor to a wide range of staff it is a privilege to be able to offer professional supervision to senior leaders in education through Talking Heads. Having benefited for decades from regular supervision and reflective practice, I know the personal and professional growth it affords and I am delighted that senior education leaders and teachers are increasingly offered this opportunity. Talking Heads is at the forefront of this development, which has the potential to transform working practice and relationships, partly through placing professional well-being at the heart of the conversation which in turn impacts on the well-being of children and young people.
